Cancellation Policy: There is a $200.00 service charge on cancellations after Sept. 23, 2011 No refunds will be made after September 30, 2011, but substitutions are welcome.
Registration/Check-in opens at 3:00 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 11 followed by a Reception and Dinner at 6:00 p.m. The Opening Plenary is at 8:00 a.m., Wednesday, Oct. 12. The Forum ends at noon, Friday, Oct. 14th.
