Cancellation Policy: There is a $200.00 service charge on cancellations after Sept. 24, 2010. No refunds will be made after Oct. 1, 2010 but substitutions are welcome.
Registration/Check-in opens at 3:00 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 12 followed by a Reception and Dinner at 6:00 p.m. The Opening Plenary is at 8:00 a.m., Wednesday, Oct. 13. The Forum ends at noon, Friday, Oct. 15th.
